Liguria

Liguria is a beautiful region for a holiday. This wooded province is still a bit free from mass tourism. Liguria offers plenty of beautiful spots such as Cinque Terre, Levanto, La Spezia and many more. Here you can enjoy nature and take lovely walks in the woods.  The Ligurian coast is one of the most beautiful and clean beaches of Europe allowing you therefore to fully enjoy the sun, sea and beach. 
   
Val di Vara
Val di Vara is situated east of Liguria. This part of Liguria is known for its colourful villages, Cinque Terre and the marvellous coast line. There are, however, also a couple of beautiful valleys inland. One of these valleys is called "Val di Vara". This was the first valley to be recognized as “organic region” in Europe. This means predominant organic farming – the region is free from industry and everything is focussed on tranquillity and ecology. 
Life is good for the trained and hobby sportsmen along this valley. A few ideas:
